season overview

The compeititon cheer team is a nearly year-round sport; tryouts are held in April, with practice beginning in May. The team spends the summer preparing for the season and hosts a camp for other local teams to attend. Once school starts in the fall, compeititions begin almost immediately. The team competes two different routines: one focused on stunting, the other on their crowd leading abilities. In December, the team competes at a regional competiton in order to earn a bid to compete at the national level in Orlando, Florida! This past season, the team made it to finals for the first time in CRHS history!
